Position Overview:
The HCP Non-Personal & Omnichannel Marketing Lead will lead development of an integrated non-personal promotion, media, and omnichannel plan for the U.S. launch of Varegacestat. Build and optimize a seamless, data-driven HCP experience across digital and non-personal channels. Champion innovation, including responsible use of AI, to enhance HCP engagement, personalization, content development, and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven HCP digital campaigns, content, and modular journeys using time to diagnosis, specialty, prescribing behavior, and real-time engagement signals.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and digital engagement tools for personalized HCP communication.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix.
- Partner with media agencies for channel strategy, media planning/activation, audience targeting, and efficient budget allocation.
- Lead HCP non-personal promotion and omnichannel engagement strategy.
- Design customer journeys coordinating field promotion, digital engagement, and non-personal channels.
- Design and implement an integrated digital ecosystem (e.g., websites, search, social, CRM, programmatic media, paid search).
- Champion AI-driven marketing (predictive analytics, machine learning, automated decisioning).
- Use AI/advanced analytics for next-best-action/next-best-message, dynamic personalization, and real-time optimization.
- Pilot and scale AI-enabled solutions with compliance to regulatory and data governance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare marketing with focus on digital, NPP, and omnichannel strategy.
- Oncology launch experience required.
- Proven digital HCP marketing success (web, social, SEO/SEM, CRM, paid media) and media planning/execution.
- Knowledge of MLR/PRC, claims substantiation, and OPDP regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment.
- Travel β‰₯20%, including occasional weekends.
