Senior Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Supply Planning

Role: Lead end-to-end commercial supply planning and S&OP execution for Celcuity’s global supply chain, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. Responsibilities: manage monthly S&OP meetings, translate demand forecasts into supply plans, oversee inventory, issue purchase orders and production forecasts, perform scenario planning, and support process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain, with at least 5 years in international markets; expertise in supply planning, S&OP, procurement, and product launches; strong ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP); GMP and global regulatory compliance experience. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or APICS certification. HighValue: experience in pharmaceutical commercial supply, international market exposure, GMP and regulatory standards, and familiarity with biotech or pharma manufacturing processes. WorkSetup: virtual or semi-virtual environment, with a compensation range of $150,000 - $190,000 plus incentives and benefits.
