Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end commercial supply planning and S&OP execution across the global supply chain.
- Manage monthly S&OP meetings.
- Translate demand forecasts into supply plans aligned to budget.
- Manage inventory to desired safety stock levels.
- Issue purchase orders and production forecasts to suppliers.
- Perform scenario planning to enable supply decisions.
- Support business process improvements.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree; MBA or other advanced degree focused on Supply Chain Management and/or APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional certification is a plus.
- 8 yearsβ pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 5 years in a commercial supply setting (preferably international markets).
- Strong end-to-end supply chain experience, including S&OP, supply planning, procurement execution, and product launch support.
- Strong planning/coordination across supply, production, inventory, and external partners.
- Knowledge of GMP and global regulatory requirements.
- ERP/planning systems experience (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong quality and compliance background.
- Experience in a virtual or semi-virtual pharmaceutical company.

Compensation (as stated):
- Anticipated base pay range: $150,000β$190,000 (DOE).
