Responsibilities:
- Support establishment and management of a robust global supply chain to ensure continuous commercial supply of gedatolisib and future pipeline programs.
- Support production planning, global logistics and warehousing, global supply chain procurement, planning and sourcing, demand management, end-to-end inventory strategy/materials management, and global trade compliance.
- Support security and integrity and packaging.
- Develop and implement standard business processes (including quality-related activities) for new product launches, and manage business integrations and subsequent supply operations internally and with CMO partners.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management and/or APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional is a plus.
- 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience; at least 5 years in commercial supply (preferably international markets).
- Experience overseeing external supply chain partners.
- Strong regulatory experience (requirements/inspections) for commercial products.
- Experience in pre-launch/commercial launch for ethical drugs (production planning, system design/implementation).
- Proven GMP/GDP supply chain operations.
- Experience establishing supply chains for new markets, including selecting/integrating external manufacturing/commercial partners.
- Knowledge of DSCSA is a plus.
- Experience designing/deploying new business processes and supply change management systems (e.g., Supply Chain Quality, ERP, S&OP, demand management).
- Strong team leadership and change management.
- Strong quality and compliance background.
- Experience in a virtual or semi-virtual pharmaceutical company.
