Senior Manager / Associate Director, Clinical Operations

Role: Senior Manager/Associate Director of Clinical Operations leading in-house clinical trial teams for Alzheimer’s and neuropsychiatric indications. Objectives: manage and develop a team of 6–12 staff across CTA, CRA, CTM, and CPM roles, overseeing site management, monitoring, and trial execution directly within the company. Responsibilities: staff recruitment, performance management, workload/resource allocation, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards; review of trial deliverables, direct site activities, and partner with QA for audit readiness; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biostatistics, and Data Management teams. Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on clinical trial experience across multiple roles, with at least 3 years in people management; deep knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle, site management, and GxP regulations; bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
