Senior Manager, Analytical Development

Role: Lead a team of CMC analytical scientists in developing and validating analytical methods for Arrowhead's RNAi-based drug candidates, focusing on drug substance and drug product characterization, impurity profiling, and supporting GLP toxicology and cGMP clinical materials. Responsibilities: manage team performance and development, serve as SME in analytical techniques, oversee method development, validation, and documentation, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory departments to meet project timelines and deliverables. Requirements: B.S., M.S., or PhD in Chemistry or related field; 5+ years (PhD), 7+ years (M.S.), or 10+ years (B.S.) of relevant experience; proven expertise in pharmaceutical analytical instrumentation and drug development processes.
