Role: Senior Manager, Alliance Program Management, responsible for leading external partnerships with CDMOs, CMOs, and research organizations focused on radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT) programs within oncology. Responsibilities: act as the primary operational liaison, foster strong relationships, facilitate governance meetings, drive alignment on program goals, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure compliance with collaboration agreements. Additionally, lead cross-functional internal teams across manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and other functions to deliver on program objectives, develop and manage integrated project plans, and coordinate geographically dispersed teams. Provide clear communication and status updates to senior leadership, translating complex technical information into accessible insights. Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nuclear Chemistry, or Radiochemistry; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in process development and/or manufacturing, particularly in small molecule or RPT modalities. Deep technical expertise in CMC activities, GMP manufacturing, radiopharmaceutical principles, isotope logistics, and regulatory frameworks; experience managing multi-site, multi-stakeholder programs; PMP and prior alliance management experience are advantageous.
