Role Overview
- Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence, Policy and Channel (AIPC): Hands-on technical leader developing, deploying, and maintaining ML/data science pipelines and products to improve forecast accuracy, net revenue visibility, and contracting strategies across BMSβs portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines for Market Access, Pricing, and Value Demonstration.
- Automate data workflows (e.g., rebates, contracts, government policies, channel dynamics).
- Build and optimize models (time series forecasting, Monte Carlo simulations, supervised/unsupervised learning) for real-time decisions.
- Ensure reliability (monitoring, version control), stay current on ML/AI (NLP, LLMs, agentic AI).
- Collaborate cross-functionally; gather requirements; translate technical results into actionable business strategies.
- Plan/integrate/roll out solutions (e.g., Anaplan); conduct post-deployment impact analysis; iterate with feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) in a quantitative field (required).
- Preferred: MS or Ph.D. in related fields.
- 3+ years hands-on ML pipeline development/deployment solving real business problems.
Required/Preferred Skills
- Statistical methods; ML with TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn.
- Forecasting (time series) and Monte Carlo.
- Python required (R a plus).
- MLOps/cloud (CI/CD, Git/GitHub, AWS/Azure, Airflow/Dagster).
- Preferred: NLP, LLM training/fine-tuning, agentic AI frameworks.
