Senior Manager, AI Implementation

Role: Senior Manager leading AI implementation within BeOne’s Global Commercial and Medical Affairs Technology team, focusing on oncology data and patient journeys. Responsibilities: develop and govern semantic layers for commercial and medical data, coordinate AI guardrails across teams, validate RAG chat interfaces, enhance AI-generated insights, and ensure AI-driven solutions align with customer and patient journey needs. Responsibilities include prototyping, exploring emerging AI platforms, and ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP. Qualifications: bachelor’s in AI, Data Science, or related field; 7+ years in data products, AI/ML, and enterprise tech, with 3+ years oncology experience involving patient-level data, customer engagement, and medical insights. Skills include Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP), BI tools, and knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, and unstructured data processing. Preference for advanced degrees in related fields, experience with oncology data, automated document generation, and AI governance. Work setup is hybrid with travel (~10-15%) for strategic sessions and initiatives.
