Senior Maintenance Technician – Utilities – Day Shift

Role: Senior Maintenance Technician – Utilities supporting the start-up and daily operations of Amgen's advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Responsibilities: perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of process and utility systems including steam, chilled water, HVAC, WFI, process gases, and environmental controls; document work per GMP and SOP standards; collaborate with maintenance providers and vendors; ensure safety and quality compliance; contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement; support on-call rotation outside regular hours. Requirements: High School diploma/GED with 2+ years or an Associate’s degree with 6 months maintenance/utilities experience; preferred 5+ years in utility operations and mechanical maintenance of plant systems (chillers, boilers, compressors); cGMP environment experience; proficiency with CMMS, P&IDs, and mechanical systems.
