Senior Machine Learning Scientist II, Drug Discovery Analytics

Role: Senior Machine Learning Scientist supporting drug discovery programs at Revolution Medicines, focusing on targeted therapies for RAS-mutant cancers. Responsibilities: develop predictive models for compound activity, selectivity, ADME/Tox, and phenotypic outcomes; analyze complex biological and chemical datasets; collaborate with medicinal chemists and biologists to support target discovery and lead optimization; integrate models into discovery pipelines. Requirements: PhD in computational biology, chemistry, CS, or related; 6-10 years applying machine learning to scientific data; proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), data analysis, and visualization; experience with noisy datasets.
