Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors to implement results-focused, performance-based, standardized training and development processes.
- Develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum for training classes, POAs, and national/regional/district meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure training materials meet Sales and Marketing goals.
- Ensure training resources meet all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for assigned projects.
- Deploy and deliver a curriculum covering key competencies: Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
- Work with and/or manage external vendors and internal personnel to design and execute assigned training programs.
- Assess training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Use innovative technologies to enable adult learning and live/virtual training.
- Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/leverage assets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- 1 year sales training experience required; 2 years sales training in Hematology and/or Oncology preferred.
- Demonstrated curriculum design and adult learning principles; experience leading workshops.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects; develop/implement learning objectives, strategies, and tactics.
- Problem-solving, solutions-oriented team player.
- Strong business analytics; ability to analyze business/market drivers and adjust business plans.
- Experience in a complex cross-matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and AI applications (ChatGPT/MS Co-Pilot/Claude).
- Ability to travel to multiple meeting engagements.

Compensation (if applicable): Madison/Giralda and Princeton, NJ: $148,750–$180,250.
