Senior Lead Program Integrator - Hardware

Role: Senior Lead Hardware Integrator (Senior LHI) overseeing complex MRI hardware programs across product lifecycle stages, ensuring seamless integration, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: lead hardware integration for NPI and product initiatives, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, guide design, verification, validation, and change processes, and represent hardware within global teams. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, service, and commercial functions to meet business and customer needs. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 7+ years in hardware system design, development, or integration, preferably within regulated medical device environments; experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting full product lifecycle. Preferred: master's degree in Engineering, MR hardware expertise, knowledge of hardware interfaces, systems integration, and product development processes; strong strategic, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Agile and large-scale integration projects.
