Senior Laboratory Manager

Role: Senior Laboratory Manager overseeing daily operations at Labcorp's Tampa, FL lab. Responsibilities: manage technical and non-technical staff, ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and state regulations, optimize workflow, hire and develop staff, maintain quality standards, and address client and operational issues. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemical or Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 5+ years in clinical lab testing and leadership; Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: leadership in high-volume clinical laboratory environment, regulatory compliance expertise, and team development skills. WorkSetup: onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility for overtime or shift changes.
