Role: Senior Laboratory Information Application Support Specialist, providing expert system administration, support, and troubleshooting for laboratory information systems (LIS) and middleware within a regulated clinical environment. Responsibilities include maintaining system uptime, managing HL7 interfaces with EHRs, leading validation efforts, ensuring compliance with standards (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, HIPAA), overseeing software upgrades and migrations, and delivering training. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least five years’ hands-on experience supporting clinical LIS or scientific LIMS applications in regulated environments; proficiency with HL7 messaging, middleware architecture, SQL, and computer systems validation.
