Senior Lab Testing Clerk - Referrals

Role: Senior Reference Test Clerk, supporting laboratory operations in specimen handling, testing logistics, and customer communication. Responsibilities: act as liaison between labs, clients, and patients; resolve customer requests via calls, messages, and email; research issues across databases; review and transcribe lab reports; prepare and ship specimens; ensure specimen accuracy and proper storage. Requirements: High School Diploma; preferred 3+ months specimen processing or lab experience; comfort with biological specimens; strong attention to detail; basic computer and data entry skills; effective communication; physical ability to handle specimens; pass color blindness test.
