Role: Senior IT Business Analyst supporting laboratory systems at Beam Therapeutics, focusing on LabVantage platform administration, configuration, and integration to enhance GMP and non-GMP lab operations. Responsibilities: manage LabVantage LIMS, LES, SDMS, instrument integrations, and automation technologies; support system upgrades, validation, and regulatory compliance; collaborate with QC, QA, IT, and lab scientists; develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements. Requirements: 5+ years supporting LIMS in regulated biopharma or biotech environments; 3+ years LabVantage admin experience; expertise in LES and SDMS configuration, instrument interfacing, data exchange architectures, and GMP compliance; strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
