Senior IT Systems Analyst, G&A

Role: Senior IT Systems Analyst, G&A, leading architecture, design, and ongoing evolution of G&A enterprise platforms with a focus on scalable process design and cross-system integration. Objectives include supporting end-to-end business processes, ensuring platform reliability, data integrity, and compliance, while enabling organizational growth through strategic technology enhancements. Responsibilities encompass acting as a primary G&A IT contact, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, managing SDLC standards, supporting system releases, and ensuring adherence to IT controls such as SOX. Qualifications required include a bachelor’s in computer science or related field, at least 7 years supporting enterprise applications (notably HR systems like Workday), with hands-on experience in integrations, data analysis, IT controls, and process mapping. Experience supporting GxP validated systems and life sciences industry exposure are advantageous. The role reports to the Associate Director of IT Enterprise Systems, based in San Carlos, CA, with a hybrid work setup (minimum 3 days onsite) and a salary range of $164,000–$191,000, commensurate with experience.
