Role: Senior IT Support Engineer specializing in end-user support within biopharma's high-stakes environment, primarily managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID infrastructure. Responsibilities: administer and support Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive; manage Entra ID user, group, and access controls; oversee Teams support and collaboration governance; co-own global onboarding standards and device provisioning via Intune; support a mixed macOS and Windows device estate, with a focus on macOS; ensure IT service quality, security, and compliance; provide helpdesk support for remote and onsite users; collaborate with global IT teams and security/infrastructure specialists; participate in audits and asset management.
