Senior IT Change Management Specialist

Role: Senior IT Change Management Specialist overseeing planning, coordination, and governance of IT change activities within a regulated GxP environment. Objectives include enabling efficient technology implementation while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities encompass managing the change calendar, stakeholder engagement, enforcing ITIL-based processes, data analysis, risk assessment, validation support, meeting facilitation, demand planning, and process improvement. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Quality, or related fields, with at least 8 years of experience in IT project or change management, strong knowledge of ITIL, GxP regulations (including 21 CFR Part 11), and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Preferred qualifications are experience with CSV/CSA validation, AI tools for reporting, and familiarity with regulated life sciences environments. The role reports to the Director of IT Quality and Compliance, based in San Carlos, CA, with hybrid or remote work options. Travel is not specified.
