Position: Senior IT Business Analyst, Commercial & Patient Services (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Commercial & Patient Services stakeholders to define solution requirements
- Evaluate projects/business models for viability and long-term alignment
- Elicit, analyze, and document complex functional/non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and UX
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional stakeholder discussions
- Support implementation/enhancement of CRM and patient services platforms
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver technology solutions
- Lead user acceptance testing and validate quality/requirements
- Support data analysis, reporting, and insights for commercial effectiveness and patient engagement
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree (Business/IT/CS or related) + 8+ years business analysis experience (or equivalent)
- 6+ years in Pharmaceuticals/Bio-tech focused on Commercial Operations and/or Patient Services
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL; Tableau or Power BI
- Expert: Veeva CRM, Patient Hub, Specialty Pharmacy Distribution, Data Aggregation
- Expert: Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
- Strong analytical/problem-solving, process modeling, stakeholder influence; negotiation and facilitation
- Preferred: CBAP or PMI-PBA
