Role Summary:
The PCP and Digital Engagement Lead serves as a strategic cross-functional leader charged with expanding our reach within the Primary Care Physician segment and spearheading digital engagement initiatives for the Acute Indication. Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive adoption among PCPs while leveraging digital channels to maximize portfolio impact and efficiency. Partner with affiliates, area, and international teams to integrate with the broader migraine portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage and expand the PCP customer base for the acute migraine indication.
- Design and lead digital engagement initiatives (multi-channel campaigns, digital tools, and platforms) to support PCP activation, education, and performance.
- Analyze market insights, engagement metrics, and customer feedback to optimize reach, impact, and return on investment.
- Collaborate across functions (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Business Insights, Public Affairs, and affiliate teams) to align resources and strategies.
- Influence without authority in a matrix environment to ensure cross-functional support and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify engagement gaps and opportunities within the PCP channel; co-create and implement solutions with affiliates.
- Manage relationships with external partners (vendors, agencies, digital platforms, and Key Opinion Leaders) to drive innovation and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical marketing, or digital engagement roles.
- Proven success developing and executing customer engagement and brand strategies (portfolio/multi-product preferred).
- Deep understanding of PCP practice dynamics; experience with digital marketing or omni-channel engagement.
- Strong cross-functional and matrix leadership skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication abilities.
- Able and willing to travel internationally as required.
