Position: Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist (Neuroscience β COBENFY)
Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS indications in a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Develop and execute territory/account plans; promote to HCPs, hospital administrators, key influencers, and ancillary hospital staff across the patient continuum.
- Use available tools to generate insights and improve call plans.
- Within hospitals, build relationships across clinical practice, pharmacy, P&T committee, and other influencers to support formulary access and product availability.
- Understand access/affordability, reimbursement, payer/formulary, hospital treatment pathways, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Engage Medical on Call for real-time medical support.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; work with matrix teams for compliant promotional programs.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility with community and hospital customers and influence-network stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Psychiatry experience.
- Experience with community mental health centers/certified behavior health centers and hospitals.

Compensation:
- Field (US): $139,230β$168,714 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
