Role: Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist supporting US commercialization of COBENFY, a schizophrenia treatment targeting muscarinic receptor circuits. Responsibilities: promote BMS neuroscience medicines to community mental health centers, hospitals, and care teams, focusing on scientific dialogue, formulary access, and demand generation; build credibility with healthcare providers and stakeholders; collaborate cross-functionally with therapeutic area teams and account managers; conduct presentations, organize speaker programs, and ensure compliant promotion. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales, MSL, or HCP roles; experience engaging with community-based and hospital HCPs, especially in Psychiatry and mental health settings; strong account management, scientific communication, and data analysis skills.
