At Genmab, we’re building something transformative, and like any lasting structure, it starts with a strong foundation.
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect to be the crucial link between business needs, technical infrastructure, and cloud security. Someone who understands the full journey from laptop to cloud.
As our Senior Infrastructure Architect, you won’t just design IT systems, you will build the roadmap that brings together people, processes, and technology. This role combines hands-on expertise, strategic oversight, architectural design, and stakeholder engagement to guide how we deliver secure and scalable infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud (Azure, AWS, SaaS).
You will work closely with engineering, business teams, and external partners, helping translate business needs into solid, secure, and future-proof architecture. Think of it as building a house: you will ensure the structure is sound, the plumbing secure, and the tech stack aligned, whether we are expanding an office, moving to the cloud, or enabling a new lab setup.
The role is approximately 20% hands-on (as outlined in responsibilities below) and 80% focused on architectural work, translating evolving business needs into resilient and scalable infrastructure solutions.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$130,320.00 - $195,480.00 USD Annual
