Senior In-House Clinical Research Associate

Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate supporting clinical trial execution for Cabaletta Bio's autoimmune therapies, including the investigational rese-cel CD19-CAR T cell therapy. Responsibilities: oversee site monitoring, ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines; manage CRO/vendor activities; contribute to study documentation, site start-up, and operational planning; support study site relationships, training, and troubleshooting; maintain inspection-ready documentation; perform site visits and administrative tasks. Requirements: bachelor's/master's in life sciences, nursing, or pharmacy; 2-3 years in clinical research, preferably as a CRA; strong knowledge of trial conduct, regulatory standards, and electronic data systems; excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills. Preferred: experience in startup environments, ability to travel up to 10%.
