Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Role: Senior IAM Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise identity and access management systems across global platforms. Objectives: enhance security, automate identity workflows, and support compliance in a biopharma environment. Responsibilities: serve as technical owner of Microsoft Entra ID, manage authentication, Single Sign-On, privileged access, PKI, and network access controls; develop automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; support secure integrations with SaaS and enterprise applications; conduct access reviews and ensure governance standards; collaborate with Cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on Zero Trust security principles; and maintain documentation and operational dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related; 7+ years supporting IAM in large enterprises; deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, SSO protocols, PKI, and enterprise SaaS integrations; strong scripting and automation skills; familiarity with identity security platforms like Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint preferred.
