Responsibilities:
- Participate in talent management; partner with business and HR leadership to institute development programs (succession planning, career-pathing, leadership development) for a high-performance workforce
- Develop and execute staffing plans; lead recruiting, selection, and hiring
- Use analytics and insights to inform decisions, measure HR intervention impact, and improve HR processes aligned with business strategy
- Partner with senior leaders to build people manager capability through people, experiences, and education
- Facilitate employee relations resolutions; conduct investigations as needed; provide counsel consistent with policies and legal considerations
- Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
- Support the annual people performance management cycle; coach leaders on high-performance culture and performance improvement action plans
- Lead implementation of core HR programs to support a practical, sustainable people strategy
- Coach leaders/managers to maximize team effectiveness
- Identify HR trends and opportunities to drive high employee engagement
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels; support change initiatives and organizational development
- Provide ongoing guidance for compensation processes (salary planning and short/long-term incentive programs) to ensure market competitiveness
- Assist with other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably Human Resources or Organizational Psychology); Master’s degree a plus
- 4+ years HR generalist experience required
- Experience managing employee relations and performance
- Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
- High learning agility in fast-paced, flexible environments
- Bias for action and strong work ethic
- Ability to think and act independently using sound judgment
- Demonstrated employee relations competence and knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FLSA, ADA)
- Track record developing and implementing HR projects/programs to drive organizational and leadership effectiveness
- Strong oral/written communication; project and time management skills
- Professionalism handling confidential information
- Expertise with HRIS systems; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work setup:
- Hybrid; minimum 3 days in Bridgewater office (Tuesdays–Thursdays)
- Flexibility to support West Coast time zone when needed
