Position Overview
The HCP Marketing Manager will support execution of the MYQORZO promotional strategy, developing, coordinating, and approving branded promotional materials to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Will ensure promotional assets clearly communicate clinical data across obstructive and non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and maintain alignment across digital, personal promotion, and medical education.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of assigned HCP marketing initiatives (promotional materials, omnichannel assets, congress deliverables)
- Manage end-to-end Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) submissions for assigned tactics (timeline coordination, version control, agency/stakeholder alignment)
- Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and agency teams to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging, especially clinical data
- Coordinate with agencies for development, revision, and finalization of promotional assets
- Support tracking of asset deployment and utilization across channels
- Gather and synthesize field and cross-functional feedback to inform refinements
- Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, clarity, and promotional effectiveness

Qualifications
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience with HCP-facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences, marketing, or related preferred)
- Cardiovascular experience preferred; specialty and/or launch environment experience a plus
- Strong project management/organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills translating strategy and clinical data into deliverables
- Experience with MLR processes in regulated environments strongly preferred

Travel
- ~20% travel, including some weekends

Compensation (U.S.)
- $184,500 - $215,250 per year
