The position is responsible for gross-to-net forecasting for the US business, ensuring external and internal customer alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of gross-to-net forecasts for various brands within the NNI portfolio.
- Support financial assessments with strong gross-to-net knowledge.
- Support “special/innovative” forecasting projects (process improvements, next-gen platforms, enhancements, and BI platform creation/implementation).
- Serve as internal consultant with Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Commercial, and Strategy teams.
- Own gross-to-net forecasting process and tools; ensure models use latest methodologies.
- Deliver holistic, insight-driven gross-to-net forecasts for rebate categories (current and future products).
- Forecast gross-to-net components including Managed Care, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Healthcare Reform-related deductions/rebates.
- Communicate expectations transparently to all organizational levels.
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, tools, and deliverables.
- Develop NNI AB (anchor budget) and RE (rolling estimate) forecasts.
- Create ad hoc analysis tools and improve BI/process efficiencies (tool evaluation, data/model improvements, visualization, transparency).
- Execute delegated ad hoc projects on schedule and within quality/budget.
- Maintain gross-to-net forecast models/tools/process; recommend enhancements based on industry trends.
- Ensure rebate controls meet audit and internal control (Sarbox) requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (analytical field preferred); Master’s (analytical field), MBA, and/or CPA preferred.
- 6+ years relevant experience with increasing responsibility; 4+ years GTN forecasting/analytics experience (pharma GTN experience strongly desired).
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Strong collaboration; experience implementing new systems across cross-functional teams preferred.
- Ability to plan/prioritize, anticipate roadblocks, and execute timely.
- Knowledge of gross-to-net components; experience forecasting Commercial, Medicare Part D, Coverage Gap, and Medicaid rebates/deductions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- BI/data visualization preferred (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Alteryx).
- Ability to communicate insights to senior leaders; strong analytical/problem-solving/quantitative skills.
- Strong innovation and adaptability.
Physical Requirements: 0–10% overnight travel.
Benefits/Compensation: Base compensation range $120,300–$222,600; eligible for company bonus.
