Summary
Senior Frontend Engineer (AI Venture Studio delivery team). Build React/TypeScript enterprise-ready product experiences for AI Accelerator projects (chat/copilot/workflow/evaluation/human-in-the-loop) across 12-week, 12-week agile cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own frontend delivery from prototyping to production hardening.
- Build React + TypeScript experiences for chat, copilots, workflow automation, agent supervision, prompt/configuration, data apps, and evaluation/feedback.
- Design UI for streaming responses, tool execution status, verifiable source references/citations/provenance, confidence displays, multimodal review, human approvals, and error recovery.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows (review/diff/approval/correction/provenance).
- Define frontend architecture patterns, reusable components, and starter templates.
- Partner on accessibility, security, input validation, safe rendering, performance, and maintainability; align with enterprise standards.
- Use AI-assisted development while maintaining validation, security, and code quality.
- Build/maintain test suites (Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
- Instrument telemetry/feedback and support CI/CD (GitHub), deployment, and environment configuration.
- Provide technical coaching via reviews and architecture guidance.
Qualifications & Experience
- BS+ in CS/Engineering/Design Technology/Science (or related).
- 5+ years frontend (or full-stack with strong frontend depth).
- Expertise in React + TypeScript/JavaScript, component architecture, state management, HTML/CSS, accessibility, performance, responsive design.
- Experience with AI-powered UX (chat/copilot/workflow/evaluation/human-in-the-loop).
- Experience with Streamlit/lightweight prototyping; integration via REST/GraphQL/WebSockets/SSE.
- Familiar with OAuth/OIDC/SSO, auth security, observability, and AWS-hosted patterns.
- Automated frontend testing; effective use of coding agents (e.g., Copilot/Codex/Gemini CLI).
