Responsibilities:
- Own frontend delivery for AI Accelerator projects (prototyping through production-adjacent hardening).
- Build React + TypeScript chat/copilot/workflow automation, agent supervision, prompt/configuration, data apps, and evaluation/feedback UIs.
- Design streaming AI interfaces with source/provenance, confidence display, multimodal review, human approval, and error recovery.
- Create human-in-the-loop review/diff/approval/correction/provenance workflows.
- Define frontend architecture patterns, reusable components, and starter templates.
- Partner to convert designs into accessible, production-quality components/workflows.
- Collaborate to define API contracts, streaming patterns, auth flows, telemetry boundaries.
- Build and maintain frontend test suites (Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) and evaluation workflows.
- Integrate CI/CD, pipelines, environment config, and deployments with platform teams.
Qualifications/Skills:
- BS+ in CS/Engineering/Design Tech/Science (or related).
- 5+ years frontend (or full-stack with strong frontend).
- Expert React and TypeScript/JavaScript; component architecture, state management, HTML/CSS, accessibility, performance, responsive design.
- Experience with AI-powered product UX (chat/copilot/workflow/evaluation/human-in-the-loop).
- Streamlit (or similar) for lightweight apps/prototyping; backend integration via REST/GraphQL/WebSockets/SSE.
- Enterprise auth (OAuth/OIDC/SSO), secure token handling, observability/production readiness.
- AWS-hosted patterns, CI/CD, GitHub workflows; automated testing.
- Use coding agents/AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong written/verbal communication.
Compensation:
- $137,530–$166,654 (NJ) or $151,280–$183,319 (Cambridge Crossing/Seattle).
