Senior Formulation Scientist

Role: Senior Formulation Scientist supporting tech transfer, formulation design, and process development for generic oral solid dosage products. Responsibilities: review technical documents, track project progress, manufacture experimental and qualification batches, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and prepare regulatory submission materials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; 2-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, with preference for experience in generics. Skills: strong understanding of solid oral dosage form development, process optimization, scale-up, and cGMP compliance; excellent technical writing, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills, including MS Office; ability to interpret complex technical documents and work collaboratively. High-Value: expertise in solid oral dosage form development, process scale-up, regulatory documentation, and cGMPs; experience with generic drug development; familiarity with federal guidelines and safety protocols. WorkSetup: laboratory, pilot plant, and light manufacturing environments; potential travel as needed.
