Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly TPM product and project accruals, reclassifications, and cost allocation journal entries in partnership with Finance Shared Services.
- Analyze key financial drivers for the Aseptic Fill and Conjugation portfolio affecting U.S. and international actuals.
- Ensure financial reporting complies with AbbVie policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and U.S. GAAP.
- Coordinate and consolidate reporting for Actuals, Plans, Updates, LBE, and LRP cycles.
- Review and explain product variances, project expenses, and headcount trends across planning cycles.
- Support the development and application of standards for Aseptic Fill and Conjugation products.
- Provide financial support and decision-making guidance to functional business partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Participate in annual physical inventory counts at third-party manufacturing sites.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations for AbbVieโs consigned inventory at third-party manufacturers.
- Support strong internal controls and compliance in all financial and inventory-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint; experience with BPC, SAP, Power BI, or Workiva is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
