Senior Financial Analyst, Engineering & Property Services (E&PS)

Purpose:
- Provide strategic finance support to the Enterprise Real Estate team, including recommendations to J&J Affiliate companies and Senior Management on global Real Estate investments.
- Lead consolidating and reporting key financial forecasts and actuals submissions for global real estate.

Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and prioritization on investment decisions and standards for Global Real Estate.
- Partner with local finance teams and corporate stakeholders using impact analytics and executive framing to ensure appropriate footprint decisions.
- Support business case development for non-supply chain Real Estate projects in North America and Latin America.
- Lead budgeting/forecasting processes for global real estate (BP, forecast updates, LRFP) and coordinate stakeholder materials for E&PS reviews.
- Communicate key deadlines to enable forecast cycles/LT/financial close.
- Provide quarter close actuals reporting: prepare journal entries and comment on variances vs. plan.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance; promote financial awareness and education.
- Support continuous improvement (technology, standardization, process improvements/best practices).
- Take responsibility for personal development; perform ad hoc tasks/analysis as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, or related) required.
- 3+ years finance/accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) required.
- Strong business case framing (PowerPoint) and communication/storytelling (verbal/written) required.
- Proven influence/negotiation with senior leadership; operate in matrixed/ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical/technical skills; simplify complex topics.
- Preferred: MBA/CPA/CMA or similar; Alteryx/Tableau or automation/visualization tools.
- Preferred location: New Brunswick, NJ; Titusville, NJ; or Raritan, NJ; travel up to 10%.
