Senior Financial Analyst, Engineering & Property Services (E&PS)

Purpose: E&PS provides end-to-end services for J&J buildings globally (Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery, and Facilities Management). The Senior Financial Analyst provides strategic finance support to the Enterprise Real Estate team, including recommendations on global Real Estate investments, and leads consolidation and reporting on key financial forecasts and actuals.

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Drive strategy and prioritization on global Real Estate investment decisions and standards
- Partner with local finance teams and stakeholders to ensure appropriate enterprise footprint decisions using impact analytics and executive framing
- Support business case development for non-supply chain Real Estate projects in North America and Latin America
- Lead global real estate budgeting and reporting (Business Plan, forecast updates, LRFP, actual reporting) and coordinate stakeholder materials for E&PS reviews
- Communicate key deadlines to ensure forecast cycles and financial close commitments
- Deliver actuals reporting (quarter close), including journal entries and variance commentary
- Provide financial leadership and guidance; promote financial awareness/education
- Support continuous improvement and radical simplicity (technology leverage, process standardization)
- Personal development and ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, or related) required
- Advanced degree/certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred
- 3+ years finance/accounting experience preferred; strong knowledge of J&J processes and Accounting ERPs
- Strong Excel modeling (Pivot Tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) required
- Alteryx/Tableau/automation tools preferred
- Strong presentation/collaboration skills; ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments
- Robust analytical skills; ability to simplify complex issues
- Ability to frame business cases and communicate effectively (PowerPoint, verbal/written storytelling)
- Preferred location: New Brunswick, NJ; Titusville, NJ; or Raritan, NJ. Travel up to 10%.
