Role Summary

Senior Financial Analyst for the Global Supply Chain FP&A – Orthopedics team on an 18-month project. Based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. You will support financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation of Supply Chain spend, including U.S. Management Reporting Company and Global Headcount reporting, and assist with technology and system implementations to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly and quarterly financial close processes to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results with well framed budget vs actual analysis for U.S. Supply Chain spend and Global Supply Chain Headcount reporting
  • Serve as main contact for Global Supply Chain Headcount Reporting and Consolidation processes, including Actuals and Forecast submissions
  • Support end to end process for Close and Forecast system tie-outs for U.S. Supply Chain spend and Global Supply Chain Headcount reporting
  • Partner closely with Finance leaders in the wider Global Supply Chain finance teams, working collaboratively to report and explain U.S. Supply Chain spend and Global Headcount results
  • Support the Finance Manager and Lead Analyst in Supply Chain Finance related activities related to Business Plan, Forecast updates, and Close periods as needed
  • Drive process improvements to build enhancements and efficiencies in reporting
  • Support implementation of new systems and developing technology roadmap
  • Support ad hoc projects and requests as required

Qualifications

  • Required: A minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Required: 3+ years of relevant business experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Required: Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools
  • Required: Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Preferred: 1+ years of Supply Chain finance experience
  • Preferred: 1+ years of FP&A experience
  • Preferred: Experience with TM1, SAP, and Anaplan
  • Preferred: Experience with automation tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc.)

Education
