Role Summary

Senior Financial Analyst, Deliver Vision Americas based in Jacksonville, FL. Provide finance support for Vision Deliver organization for North America and Latin America regions, focusing on Distribution, Logistics & Customer Experience and delivering insights to drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • End to End financial ownership with responsibility for ~$200MM Deliver budget supporting ~$2B business across North America and Latin America regions
  • Lead the financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes
  • Perform month-end closing activities (Journal entries, Intercompany charges, Latest Thinking, Headcount reporting, Business Variance Analysis, R&O analysis)
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Partnership with key stakeholders in Vision, Deliver, Supply Chain and Commercial to understand and review performance drivers and mitigate risks
  • Evaluating investment alternatives using data-based analytics to identify opportunities to deliver or exceed financial commitments
  • Dotted-line supervision of an FLDP
  • Leverage SigniFi to facilitate the creation of more robust analytics and forecasting tools
  • Perform ad hoc reporting & performance analytics, such as scenario analysis and cost benchmarking studies
  • Ensure compliance with all SOX requirements

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years of finance or accounting experience is required
  • SAP, AFO and Anaplan experience is preferred
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams
  • Must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills
  • This position will be in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 5% travel
