Position Summary
This position owns the end-to-end commissions process and serves as the primary partner connecting Sales, Finance, and Accounting. Oversees the review of monthly commissions calculations to ensure accurate payouts and provides insights to strengthen plan design and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monthly commissions process; review, validate, and deliver commission calculations ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely payouts.
- Co-lead annual quota setting with Sales and Finance leadership using data-driven recommendations, historical analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Manage quota and plan oversight, accurately modeling and communicating quota changes, role movements, territory updates, and mid-year adjustments.
- Act as a trusted finance partner by responding to ad hoc requests on commission statements, payout drivers, and plan mechanics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR on commissions and sales compensation process improvements, data alignment, and policy updates.
- Maintain and monitor daily/weekly Power BI sales reports; partner with IT to update dashboards and implement adjustments.
- Calculate and manage monthly commissions accrual balance and prepare journal entries with supporting schedules for Accounting.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in commissions, financial analysis, accounting, sales operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (accuracy and timeliness).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain financial/technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Ability to manage large datasets.
