BioMarin Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will be a key member of a cross-functional, multi-national team supporting BioMarin’s Skeletal Conditions Business Unit, with an emphasis on the Commercial organization. Reporting to the Skeletal Conditions Director of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving BU financial planning, P&L management and reporting. This individual will help develop robust analytics and critical insights that drive enterprise-wide strategic business decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will gain significant exposure to business operations, strategic decision-making processes and key Executive Leadership, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
The FP&A team is responsible for the consolidation, reporting, and analysis of the company’s budget and forecasts for both Revenue and Operating Expenses (OpEx). The Senior Financial Analyst will lead various aspects of FP&A, including:

The salary range for this position is: $96,000 to $132,000. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
