Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid) β€” Raritan, NJ (in office 3 days/week; up to 10% travel)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze consolidated Global Technology Service Finance results for expense and headcount; support forecast and close.
- Translate complex data into insights for Senior Finance/Business Leadership; prepare visual leadership presentations.
- Build cross-functional partnerships (IT, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, 3rd-party suppliers) to drive analytics and ad-hoc requests.
- Develop pricing & billing models and support global billing communications.
- Improve financial processes to reduce complexity and enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- 3+ years of finance or related business experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate complex information.
- Experience with financial reporting/analysis (forecast, actuals) and making performance improvement recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- MBA; ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA or equivalent.
- SAP and TM1 experience.
- Data analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau; e.g., Apptio, Digital Fuel) and visualization tools.
