Role Summary
Senior Finance Analyst at Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC). You’ll be a key player in a collaborative global finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and forecasting excellence, with a primary focus on the US entity and supporting leasing and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead monthly close activities and financial forecasting across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Share insights with leadership and support global consolidation of JJFC results.
- Be the go-to contact for your assigned areas—building trusted relationships with business partners across the globe.
- Drive global standardization and optimization projects (including Signifi), helping us work smarter and faster.
- Champion strong internal controls (SOX), audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic projects like:
- Corporate Aviation Replacement Strategy
- NA Fleet Lease Transformation
- Odessa Leasing System Upgrades
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytics that drive decisions.
- Support EMEA entities with medical leasing initiatives.
- Invest in your growth and well-being—take ownership of your development and help foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CMA, CPA) with post-qualification experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills—you know how to connect with people at all levels.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems.
- Experience with SAP, CFIN, and Microsoft Office; bonus points for PowerBI or automation tools.
- A collaborative spirit—you’re comfortable leading or supporting as needed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- A mindset for challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
