Role Summary

Senior Finance Analyst at Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC). You’ll be a key player in a collaborative global finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and forecasting excellence, with a primary focus on the US entity and supporting leasing and asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead monthly close activities and financial forecasting across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Share insights with leadership and support global consolidation of JJFC results.
  • Be the go-to contact for your assigned areas—building trusted relationships with business partners across the globe.
  • Drive global standardization and optimization projects (including Signifi), helping us work smarter and faster.
  • Champion strong internal controls (SOX), audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic projects like:
    • Corporate Aviation Replacement Strategy
    • NA Fleet Lease Transformation
    • Odessa Leasing System Upgrades
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytics that drive decisions.
  • Support EMEA entities with medical leasing initiatives.
  • Invest in your growth and well-being—take ownership of your development and help foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CMA, CPA) with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills—you know how to connect with people at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems.
  • Experience with SAP, CFIN, and Microsoft Office; bonus points for PowerBI or automation tools.
  • A collaborative spirit—you’re comfortable leading or supporting as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • A mindset for challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
