Role Summary

Senior Finance Analyst. Provide financial support to Enterprise Technology Organization, directly support Corporate IT teams (HR, Payroll, Health Care Compliance, Legal, Privacy, & Global Affairs), assist in consolidating and reporting the Corporate IT portfolio, and deliver updated financials, forecasts, and actual submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial support to the Technology leadership Team (Global) as a trusted business partner, including ad hoc strategic projects and annual financial planning and close cycles to ensure delivery of financial commitments, including Headcount.
  • Be the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding the Corporate Bill of IT, managing the organization’s ongoing IT run costs.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to maintain updates on headcount and IT costs; lead automation, process improvements to drive standardization and efficiencies.
  • Shape and deploy process improvements to deliver efficiencies, optimize ways of working, and increase value; utilize Power BI, Alteryx, and other tools to enhance reporting.
  • Use SigniFi/Transact financial systems to create consistent reports for quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc use.
  • Centralize activities for TLT and CBT; act as conduit for FP&A updates and ad hoc requests as migrating to SigniFi.
  • Model financial analyses and lead discussions on IT infrastructure costs to understand status and risks, summarize issues quarterly, and advise on budget transfers as needed.
  • Navigate a complex matrixed environment with strong business acumen (Business/Operations IT).
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver leadership updates and innovative solutions; promote continuous improvement and change management.
  • Ensure robust financial controls in compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of strong financial analysis experience; ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and framing skills; collaboration and problem-solving abilities; comfort with ambiguity.
  • Results-driven with ownership and accountability; proven track record of continuous process improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines; proactive and energetic.
  • Ability to partner and deliver impactful presentations with stakeholders in a matrixed environment; strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Strong compliance mindset and analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx) preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems (SAP, TM1) preferred.
  • Location: New Brunswick, NJ; up to 10% travel may be required.
