Role: Senior Fill/Finish Manufacturing Engineer supporting on-site operations at Regeneron in Rensselaer, NY, focusing on assembly, labeling, and packaging processes for biologics. Responsibilities: serve as technical SME, lead material and component selection, support equipment design, validation, and technology transfer; drive manufacturing innovation and represent manufacturing during audits; collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams; support process validation and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years in cGMP biologics manufacturing, experience with aseptic fill/finish, automated equipment, and validation; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred: experience with serialization, highly automated systems, and technical support roles.
