What Youโ€™ll Do
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and document maintenance for manufacturing equipment activities, including facilities and utilities.
- Operational Efficiency: Partner with internal/external stakeholders to develop a maintenance strategy and define facilities maintenance activities across manufacturing, QC, PD, utilities, and facilities.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as SME for facilities and utilities reliability-centered maintenance for control systems, including predictive maintenance support for electrical distribution and life safety systems.

Specific Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance strategies, plans, SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and frequency schedules for new/modified equipment.
- Collaborate with safety, quality, and manufacturing to perform equipment assessments.
- Review/update maintenance SOPs, parts lists, BOMs; ensure CMMS data integrity.
- Analyze CMMS data for trends and prioritize improvements.
- Conduct functional equivalency assessments for spare parts.
- Support/lead troubleshooting with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities maintenance.
- Lead RCFA and FMEA; drive RCM improvement initiatives.
- Serve as audit SME; implement predictive maintenance technologies.
- Participate in technical reviews; support FAT and commissioning of new/modified equipment.
- Identify and lead cost/waste/energy reduction; lead carbon footprint reduction.
- Manage change control, Quality CAPAs, and Safety CAPAs; track/publish maintenance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Associate degree required; Bachelorโ€™s preferred.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical facilities maintenance management; 5+ years leadership preferred.
- Proficient in CMMS administration.
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs; work includes observing in facility.
- Controlled environments with special gowning and protective clothing.
- CMRP preferred.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong cross-functional communication and ability to lead meetings.
- GMP pharmaceutical facilities management background; strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment/utilities using P&IDs, manuals, specs, SOPs; mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate/prioritize maintenance with managers and stakeholders (manufacturing, facilities/engineering, QC, supply chain, CMMS, cleaning, QA).
