      Role Summary
 Senior Facilities Manager, Reliability - site based in Redmond, WA. Responsible for reliability engineering and facilities management across manufacturing and support equipment, driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in equipment performance and system reliability.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and document maintenance related services for manufacturing equipment activities, including facilities and utilities.
 
 - Operational Efficiency: Develop maintenance strategy and definition of facilities maintenance activities within manufacturing, QC, PD and utilities and facilities areas, partnering with internal/external stakeholders.
 
 - Technical Expertise: Serve as SME for facilities and utilities reliability-centered maintenance for control systems; support predictive maintenance of main electrical distribution systems and life safety systems to ensure compliance with facilities management guidelines and regulations.
 
 - Develop maintenance strategies, plans, SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and frequency schedules for new and modified equipment.
 
 - Collaborate with safety, quality engineering, and manufacturing teams to perform equipment assessments.
 
 - Review, improve, and update maintenance SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and ensure CMMS data integrity for existing equipment.
 
 - Analyze CMMS data to identify trends and prioritize areas for improvement.
 
 - Conduct functional equivalency assessments for spare parts.
 
 - Support or lead equipment troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities maintenance teams.
 
 - Lead RCFA and FMEA; drive RCMM improvement initiatives.
 
 - Serve as SME during audits; lead predictive maintenance technology implementations.
 
 - Participate in technical reviews for equipment design projects; contribute to FAT and commissioning of new or modified equipment.
 
 - Identify and lead cost, waste, and energy reduction opportunities; lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
 
 - Manage tasks related to change control, Quality CAPAs, and Safety CAPAs; track and publish maintenance performance metrics.
 
 - Perform other duties as assigned.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
 
 - Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical facilities maintenance management and 5+ years of leadership experience preferred
 
 - Proficient in CMMS
 
 - Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs; able to work in controlled environments requiring gowning
 
 - CMRP certification preferred
 
 
 
 Skills
 
 - Strong communication; ability to lead cross-functional meetings
 
 - Facilities Management experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
 
 - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
 
 - Ability to educate and influence across groups; multi-task in dynamic environments
 
 - Knowledge of manufacturing facilities operation and maintenance; familiarity with P&IDs, equipment manuals, specifications, and SOPs
 
 - Mechanical aptitude and ability to coordinate maintenance with various departments
 
 
 
 Education
 
 - Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

 - Must be able to work on-site at a site-based role in Redmond, WA
