Role: Senior or Executive Director, Medical Affairs, leading strategy, organization, and external engagement to support late-stage development and launch of atopic dermatitis and alopecia areata programs with rezpegaldesleukin. Responsibilities: develop and implement evidence generation plans, scientific communications, and launch readiness; build and lead a high-performing Medical Affairs team; establish strategic external relationships with investigators, medical societies, and advocacy groups; oversee publication and scientific material development; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial to align evidence strategies and lifecycle activities. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent; 7+ years (Senior Director) or 12+ years (Executive Director) in Medical Affairs, with extensive experience in headquarters-based roles, evidence generation, and cross-functional leadership; immunology expertise, with dermatology or autoimmune experience preferred. High-Value: focus on immunology, autoimmune diseases, late-stage clinical development, and launch; experience supporting biotech companies, and working in remote settings with up to 40% travel within the US. Work setup: fully remote with domestic and international travel.
