What You'll Do
As the Senior/Executive Director, Business Operations, you will shape the future direction of the Encaleret program by leading strategic planning and insights that drive high-impact decisions. You will guide commercial launch readiness, modeling & forecasting, preparation of corporate materials, corporate development, and strategic activities. You will partner with cross-functional teams (including supply chain and operations) to ensure strategic alignment.

Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate strategic direction through presentations that guide prioritization and resource allocation
- Lead strategic analyses for program evaluation, including DCF modeling and secondary research (analogs research, epidemiology, claims data analysis)
- Prepare a strategy to guide successful US commercialization of encaleret
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations communicating strategic insights, corporate initiatives, and market analyses
- Create visual materials for partnership, Board, investor discussions, and internal alignment
- Tailor messaging to the audience and synthesize technical/business content into clear, actionable communications
- Present strategic analysis findings to teams and investors
- Support corporate development and partnering strategy to enable access for eligible patients worldwide
- Oversee budget planning and long-term lifecycle planning
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and Operations; support pricing and reimbursement research
- Lead or contribute to special initiatives (product lifecycle planning, global expansion, operational efficiency)

Qualifications (Who You Are)
- Preferred: MBA, MD, or PhD (or equivalent)
- 2–5 years experience in management consulting (life sciences preferred), post-Series A investing, investment banking, venture capital, equity research, and/or corporate role in a therapeutics company
- Plus: experience contributing to new product commercialization
- Proven scientific acumen, communication skills, analytical mindset
- Passion for helping patients
- Proficiency in financial modeling (DCF)
- Understanding of drug development lifecycle/operating model and biotech landscape
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills

Where You'll Work
- In-office collaboration 3–4x per week in San Francisco or Palo Alto office.
