The Position:
- Provides comprehensive support to the Group Vice President of Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs (CMR)
- Performs diverse, confidential assignments requiring discretion and collaboration across the organization and with global stakeholders
- Monitors access and redirects correspondence on behalf of the executive based on executive priorities

Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Office-based role in Plainsboro, NJ
- Coordinate executive-level meetings including the division master calendar
- Execute agendas, outputs, and actions from CMR Leadership Team meetings (taking minutes a plus)
- Execute agendas/outputs for critical executive-level meetings with internal and external executive stakeholders
- Design, plan, and execute moderate to large meetings and off-sites in collaboration with the Strategic Advisor
- Function autonomously; exercise sound judgment; independently manage assignments and special projects and multi-task a high volume of work
- Provide executive travel support, including international travel (visa/travel procedure knowledge required)
- Prepare executives for meetings, including material preparation and advance coordination with subject matter experts for briefings
- Manage and engage key stakeholders internally and externally (HQ, global affiliates, and external partners) to deliver executive priorities
- May lead moderately complex, departmental or cross-functional projects
- May support team members with administrative needs (presentation development, greeting guests, new hire onboarding)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 8+ years of advanced executive administrative experience required (advanced training/certification a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex sensitive and confidential information
- High business acumen to interact with all organizational levels internally and externally
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a structured, disciplined manner
- FDA regulations knowledge preferred; ability to facilitate impromptu inspections/audits and planned FDA visits preferred
- Ability to understand implications of work and make solution recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, innovation, and independent action
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office required
- In-depth knowledge of role and organization policies/practices; understanding of company goals and strategy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take meeting minutes and record actions
- Agility in highly matrixed, complex, fast-paced organizations

- Eligible for base compensation range of $70,400–$123,200 plus company bonus
