Responsibilities
- Strategically manage the CEO and C-suite calendar; prioritize requests; proactively resolve conflicts; ensure preparedness with briefs/materials.
- Act as liaison for the CEO and CFO with internal teams, board members, investors, and external constituents; draft/proofread high-level correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for board/committee meetings, board dinners, executive meetings, and company events; communicate with board members and their assistants; handle special requests.
- Coordinate domestic/international travel (flights, lodging, visas, ground transport) for CEO, CTO, CFO, and Head of Investor Relations; manage timely expense reports.
- Partner with executive leadership on key initiatives; maintain internal databases and organize SharePoint/drive sites; support special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive, proprietary information with discretion.
- Coordinate administrative backup with other Sana admin team members and support site activities.
- Investor relations coordination: serve as point of contact for investors; manage inbound IR inquiries; plan/execute logistics for roadshows and earnings calls; proofread/distribute materials; maintain/update investor CRM and pipelines; update calendars for buyside conferences.
Qualifications / Skills
- 8+ years supporting C-level executives; ideally at a high-growth public life sciences company.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and autonomy; ability to work at a fast pace with structure.
- Strong administrative partnership skills; trusted across executives and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities with minimal oversight.
- Innovative, able to suggest scalable improvements.
- Exemplary time management; anticipate executive needs.
- High professionalism with external stakeholders.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $125,000β$175,000/year (may vary by factors including location, skills, and experience).
